Blackberry's strategy to reach all low budget mobile users!

People are already moved to iPhone and Android. So Blackberry should do something to regain its market. Definitely targeting big mobile markets like India is good idea.

Are we satisfied with the touch typing experience?
Are we satisfied with the multitasking in the lower cost Android phones?
Are we satisfied with the respond speed of Android phones?

I think Blackberry is going to give answer for all the above 3 for Rs. 10000.
